Because of yerba mate’s and oolong’s caffeine content, we recommend you drink this tea in the morning—a strong way to begin the day.

Characteristics: Earthy and sweet with citrus and herbal tones, medium body

Taste: The flavors in this tea are strong and earthy. They are balanced, however, with citrus flavor from the lemon verbena and orange peel. For a stronger flavor, steep longer. If you like a less flavorful tea, steep for less time.
